i just downloaded the cod4 demo to play on my new pc i build, i tested the game , it;s slow with even the lowest resolution 640x.. . i think it might because of old geforce 7200 video card i have, right? i bought this cz i was in budget plus it was only $50 after-mail reb its $0 , and i waitin to buy the ati 4780 in nov. other then that, i have an e8400 2gb which ideal for gaming. if this the case, why wouldn't the cpu able to handle the game then?

The main problem with COD4 gameplay is its no fun. The 7200 is REALLY old, that may be why. Your processor is fine. Once you get the 4870 most of your problems will be solved.
awsome , thanks 4 clearing it out i got nervous there! lol. btw, is it normal to see like 60-70% cpu usuage when playing ? i thought i would be able run anti-virus and other stuff while playing game.
