Wireless mp3 devices?

Hi, Im looking for some opinions

Anyone use those wireless mp3 appliances that plug into stereos and such?
Im looking into them and some of the things I am looking for are ones that
can use a simple and quiet nas device (not a computer), dont drop out alot,
can use standard playlists created on a computer, and of course for a
reasonable price. More expensive ones are ok if the cost can be
justified... keeping in mind that some kind of music storage device or
server will also be needed. The turtle beach one looks nice but its very
expensive for an mp3only player.
