External antennas

I have a small computer in my travel van. It has a built-in wireless LAN
that works quite well. The antenna sticks out the back and is detachable.

I'd like to mount a small external antenna on the roof of the van. Does
anyone have any sources/links for a mobile antenna? It would be a
permanent installation.

Thanks,
