I just installed XP on a new system, and included a 2 gig partition dedicated to the Windows page file. Trouble is, Windows gives me drive space warnings about that drive every time I boot. Is there a way to get around this, or even a way to modify the partition size in XP to get enough overhead to stop the complaining?

<note> I'm *not* getting virtual memory low warnings, just drive space ones.

Thanks all.

Easy one. You're getting those warnings because you probably set the thing up with a 2 gig swap file on a 2 gig partition, which=low drive free space.

Install TweakUI powertoy, click on the Taskbar item, UNcheck 'Warn on low drive space'.

Problem solved.
