I have a p4 3.0 northwood HT(HT Disabled), 1gb ddr400 ram, powercolor x1650 512mb ddr2 agp vcard. For some reason I get very low fps (20fps avg) on towns when maxing view distance and full shadows. Other games like GTA San Andreas, CIV, Pandora Tomorrow and POPWW works very smoothly with max settings. I just recently upgraded my vcard from fx5200. Do I need to reinstall Morrowind? Is it a driver problem? Which driver is the best for playing Morrowind? Help!
