will this pc be able to handle all the games that come out in the next year or so on high-medium with good frame rates?

cpu http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=3856076&CatId=2396
psu http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139005
optical drive http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827151171
hdd http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822148262
gpu http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130401
case http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=3911521&CatId=1842

if it will be able to handle all the games coming out within a year from now with smooth gameplay on high-medium settings i will not need an sli mobo, if not, i'm going to get this one and sli 2 8800GTS's.
sli mobo http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=3839553&CatId=2541

tell me honestly if it will handle the games well, because if it will then i don't need this mobo.
also, if a mobo has 1 pci e 2.0 x16 slot and 1 pci e x16 slot can i sli?

Looking at what your budget probably is based on the parts you're buying, you won't be able to build a PC that'll play all the big titles next year on high, though medium's doable.

My suggestion - ditch the SLi idea. If you want a much bigger bang for a little more cash, turn your attention to the ATI HD 4850 and a motherboard with an Intel chipset (P45 is a nice low-cost chipset).

The CPU might cause you a problem or 6, it's a pretty low-speed CPU as far as today's duals (and even quads) go, it'd almost be worth your while shelling out a bit more, aim for 2.8 or 3 GHz.

You never listed RAM... depending on your OS 2 or 4gb of PC2-6400 RAM won't set you back a fortune and will perform well. As for the case, you're overspending if you don't plan on overclocking. You can get a very nice case for about half that which will do the same job. It just mightn't have as many flashy lights.

Too tired at the moment to go through the site and list prospective parts, but give what I've said a think and shop around some more. You should be able to build a better system for the same cash as you're looking at spending on that setup.

Tl;dr version: your biggest spends should be your CPU and GPU, and for something that you're looking to push medium-high graphics settings in new games, you haven't given them enough funds. 800MHz RAM is cheap and will do the job perfectly, that PSU you picked out is a nice one and very reasonably priced, Case is a bit pricey for my liking, and the motherboard's got an old, and frankly underpowered chipset.

My suggestion (after a 680i and 780i) is avoid SLI... If you get SLI via an GX2 on an Intel board great, no problems but avoid NVidia boards specially with a quad(which is something that you might consider upgrading to next year for gaming reasons).
