Has ASUS released a board based on the nforce2 with the onboard graphics yet? I've looked at their website but have been unable to locate it.

Not sure whether the onboard graphics version will be released or not, but Asus has already released a regular Nforce2 board.

I haven't found one yet either, and like you, I've been looking.

But I'm not sure I want an Asus board based on the NForce2 anymore. Lots of problems being reported (partly due to its popularity).

Epox and MSI make NForce2 boards with the IGP Northbridge. Chaintech makes one too, but I'm not sure I'm ready to trust them yet... need to see how others do with it. So does Leadtek... I'm not familiar with their products at all.

I'm leaning towards the Epox.

For building an inexpensive powerhouse, the NForce2 with IGP seems hard to beat. Maybe impossible to beat.

BTW, does anyone know how its graphics compare to a Geforce 4 MX-440 (4x or 8x AGP)?
