I need help with a game back-up

I'm having trouble making copies of C&C Generals, Sim City 4 and MOHAA(All made by EA). I'm using CloneCD 4.0. after it makes the copy and it goes to the launch screen I hit play on any of the games it says, "cannot located the CD-ROM, Please eject and re-instert the CD-ROM, Select OK and restart the application". Anybody know how to get these game copies to work? Thanks for your help.
