You know the feeling. You buy the PC game and no matter what you try it will not operate. Technical help thus far has not worked. So I turn to the smart folks.

The game will open and I can go to set up, etc but when I go to fly it will not show the video and I get an error message. Thus far I have re- downloaded my Direct X, Quadro FX 350 and set the resolution as required. Still nothing.

I am told by the company I am the "only person alive" (my paraphase) that has ever had this problem. Really? Somehow that seems strange to me.

Does anyone out there want to give this a shot and help me ease my frustration with this game.

If they were being unhelpful, I'd take the game back and get a replacement as the one you have is defective.
If the new one doesn't work, repeat.
Inform the tech support people what you are doing, and you will continue to do it until you get some support.

I just downloaded the lastest patch and it has solved my problem. Thanks much for your time!
