OK, first I am new to this forum... I am sorry if I have posted to the wrong...um thread.
Now I will pose my question; I just purchased a AMD k6-2 550+... I would like to ask what I can do to make it go faster and perform better.

Well, if you bump the voltage up a little you might get it to run at 600MHz, using the 2x multiplier (interpreted as 6x by the CPU).
