I have a stick of 256 ddr 2700 in atm my question is if I buy a stick of 2700 512 will this mess everything all up because I remeber something about wanting to keep all memorey the same storage wise. Also if I buy a diffrent brand of memorey lets say Samsung and I have Micron in there atm will the conflict w/ each other being diffrent sizes and makes ?

Thanks in advance :-)

Err, what do you mean by conflicts? No, you should be fine, I don't see why it wouldn't work, although i'll tell you, Micron makes better memory chips than actual sticks. Companies like Crucial that uses chips from Micron generally build the better memory

Instead of Rdram, why not just merge 4 Sdram channels...
