Hi all,
You can consider me a newbie, and i want to learn everything about mobos from the scratch, so can you help me with that?
Don't spare me any webpages or reviews that might seem of help.
Thanks.

Well everything is quite a tall order but if you a few important questions in mind I might be able to help. I learned a lot from this site but when you need info be sure to ask specific questions with as much info as relevant.

Regarding your problem, you have a classic ID10T error code. Do you have the box the computer came in? ARRRGH

Easy, just visit THG's mobo guide... You should focus on which CPU/mobo combo you are interesting. If Intel you should study i845 series, i850 series, E7502, SiS645, SiS648, SiS650, SiS655 chipset. If AMD you should study KT333, KT400, nForce, nForce2 chipset. You should familiar with northbridge, southbridge, ram module, multiplier, jumper setting, BIOS etc. with both Intel and AMD chipset.

My PC has gone to hell... because it's a killing machine...

Well, a friend of mine told me so too. He adviced me to read the new articles and reviews from Anandtech and HardOCP. And to learn some basics from Ars technica, and only to read the OLD reviews and articles from THG.

Isn't there any more links or reviews that any of you can point me to?
Any help would be really appreciated.
Forgive my ignorance.

I was at a similar stage as you a couple of months ago.
I learnt most of what I know now mainly fom THG. Though http://www.buildyourown.org.uk was useful at the beginning, it is a little dated, but good for learning the basics.
