It's not hard to find someone who can mod consoles. I know quite a few small pc shops that do.

It's almost as common as stealing cable/sat. Hell, O.J. was fined for stealing signals lol.

A former roomate of mine was really big on modding the original xbox's, he actually made very good money on it.

Crazy to think that some games such as F3 and GOW2 can be leaked before they are even offically realeased.

Oj is a murderer (am I allowed to say that?) so stealing a it of cable is no big deal for him
