How much is asus maximus extreme worth

Hi , im looking to upgrade one of my systems but have to part with the motherboard and cpu. The problem is I cant find any solid asking price for the board. I have an asus maximus extreme in very good condition with I believe all original goodies and box. I have used it for about a year with a q6400. Thats right a q6400 , I had it running easy at 3ghz on water , with ddr3 12800 , pc 1600 mhz memory. I know I want to get at least $90 for the cpu but dont know what the board is worth , the fact that I am going to be the only one selling one at the momment raises my hopes but I dont want to insult anyone. If anyone can give me a clue I would be very gratefull. Thanks , MrCrple.
