Best MOBO for P4?

Major upgrade to be undergone starting next week!

What do you guys think is the best motherboard for p4 3.06? Support req'd:
P4 3.06+
8x AGP
on-board audio(optional)
NO on-board video

So far, I have found:
MTI's 655max
Asus's p4g8x

OK, MSI 655 Max, Asus P4SDX, Gigabyte SINXP1394, all nice SiS 655 boards. Gigabyte has the nice features at the worste price. Oh, you might consider the Gigabyte 8SQ800, which is the SINXP1394 without the options, at less than half the price, and still meeting your requirements.

Man, Gigabyte sure knows how to make you want to buy their stuff. Very cool. I agree though- too bad so much money. I wonder how much SiS is charging for the 655.

Like I said, their's always the 8SQ800, the same board, minus the delux features, at less than half the price.

My friend purchased the 8SQ800 just last week and I can vouch that it is one fast mother. Finally, freedom from RAMBUS!

Yes, the 8SQ800 has the Dual Channel DDR advantage over the 8SG800 single channel solution.
