Can some one tell me if the 333FSB AMD cpu's work in the ASUS A7V333 ? I was hoping to upgrade my Cpu from an XP2000 to maybe an XP2800 or a XP3000. I read that there is a bios flash that will allow one to uprade the cpu but it does not say which cpu's...Can some one please educate me on this subject ?

With the latest bios update for the A7V333 i think its version 1012?? it does indeed allow u to run 333FSB AMD CPU's....

I just ordered the A7V333-X/L and it supports 333MHz FSB chips. But it has to be PCB revision 2.01 not 1.xx.
I see on Asus spec sheets located at

That the A7V333 1.01 only supports 266, and the 2.00 supports 333. So check your revision.
This is usually located between the pci slots.
