Can't play CoD 5 co op

For some reason its really hard for me to connect to a co-op game but np with multiplayer. When i click on not full or private servers nothing happens, the connecting to lobby pop up does not come up. Please help.

1-Run as Administrater
2-Allow thru windows Firewall
