Well, I've bought a new portable, second handed. The owner said that the cmos battery was empty but I thought that it would be easy to replace the battery.
When I bought another battery and I opened the laptop, I was amazed. The owner from who I bought the laptop had tried to replace the battery, and he damaged the mainboard pretty badly.
Here are some pictures of the mainboard:

the battery looks like this:

has anyone any idea how to connect those two, so that I can fix the laptop.

Judging from the picture the connections on the board look fine. But the board does seem a bit burned. By the looks of things there used to be a socket. Use a volmeter to try and determine the orientation of the battery , andyour option would be to solder it back into place. Just be carefull not to burn more of the board. There are multiple layers so you might end up messing something up.

To err is human... to really screw things up you need a computer!
