Walmart return policy on laptops pass the 15 day that will notplay cds

Hello,
I bought a new laptop from walmart 7/30/2010 and it just will not play my cd's can I get and exchange or refund with the receipt.

Read this; sounds like it is 15 days for computers. Try the laptop manufacturer's tech support. It may be that it's a software, not hardware, problem. If it is a hardware issue, the laptop can be replaced under warranty. Or try giving us more details and we'd be happy to help troubleshoot here at THF.
