I use the ADMIN account to install new apps. However, other users on the
machine cannot execute them unless they are on the ADMIN account. What do I
need to
do in order to give other users on the computer authority to launch app
programs from each user's account?

Thanks

The problem is that limited users do not have permissions within the
Program Files folder and subfolders. There are various workarounds for
programs that refuse to run for limited accounts. One method: Create a
folder that is shared by all users. When installing the program change the
destination folder to a subfolder within the newly created folder.

Example:
Change
C:\Program Files\program folder\
to
C:\Software\program folder\
