I just picked up Crysis for 20$ (Black Friday Rocks!!), but I am not going to keep it if it has crazy securom. To bad EA dosen't seem to have any information about securom anywhere. Does crysis have securom, and if it does how many installs do you get?

SecuROM and limited installs are not really related.
SecuROM tries to deter copying by detecting duplicating software and devices.
Limited installs generally require some sort of online activation.
I have Crysis (the Original) and it doesn't require on-line activation.
However, it does contain secuROM.
