Opening a video file

I received a video from a friend (also a rookie) which I
cannot open. The file name is: VIDEO_TS.IFO. What do I
need to do to open this, or what do I need to ask her to
do? Carol P.S. I cannot tell you how grateful I am for

Thats part of A DVD Video. Now you need the Rest of the Files
