Hi i have a WG K7000 Monitor 25 inch.

When i recieved the item the fuse was blown, i replaced it and it blew the fuse right away. Since then i have replaced the flyback, HOT, New Cap Kit, B+ Regulator, and D20. I replaced the D20 because it was open both ways. I checked the degauss coil and its not shorting on the chasis. Before i replaced the D20 but after i replaced everything else. When i hook my meter to the Hot and ground wire i was showing 0 resistance, after replacing the D20 im getting about 2K resistance now but Im still blowing fuses... Any ideas??
