Need help deciding on mother board

I’m building a new computer and I cant decide on the motherboard to use. My 2 chooses right now are the Giga-byte GA-SINXP1394 or the Giga-byte GA-8INXP. What are the big differences between the 2 boards and which is better? Thank you.

GA-SINXP1394 is based on the SiS 655 chipset which supports dual channel DDR400 memory and has IEEE1394 Interface

GA-8INXP is based on the Intel E7205 chipset that supports dual channel DDR266 RAM and doesn't have IEEE1394.

Personally, I think GA-SINXP1394 is better.
