i have the sims 2 on winddows xp bt its not letting me open the cheat window.. ctrl + alt + c +shift

it use to work before someone helpppp !
i need to open the spawn tombstone !

Try alt+F4 that should fix the problem.

Its Control Shift C at the same time
In the bar that appears at the top of the screen, type
boolProp TestingCheatsEnabled true
Make sure you put the capitols EXACTLY as I typed them
