Setting up- cant access all software

Have just installed all software via my own administrator account, then find
that switching to another adminisrators accout ( we have 4- all family
members) they cant access some of the programs- how can I make all software
accessible to all users/ administrators?

If the programs are not WinXP aware you may have to install them for each
user.
