Hi everybody,

My system doesn't wake up from the standby mode if I move the mouse or press any key. I have to press the reset switch and start again. I've tried it with disabled antivirus, firewall, etcetera: Win XP enters standby, but I can't wake it up.
I changed Nvidia video drivers back from 41.09 to 40.72 > no wake up. I updated my Logitech Cordless optical mouse drivers > no wake up.
I flashed from BIOS release 1.2 to 1.5> no wake up. BIOS power management is set to S1 (POS).

The second strange thing when entering standby is: my monitor is not in OFF-mode (blinking led)but the monitor-led stays on, only the screen turns black.

I have no other errors, my system is running very smooth, and I'm very happy with my NF7. But I'd like this function to work also. The strange thing is that standby-mode worked correctly when I installed XP a few days ago on this system. No other software was installed then, no service pack either. I don't know which software has screwed up the standby function. Has anyone got a solution?

Yes, I did. But it has nothing to do with those settings. I don't put the system in standby mode by ACPI timer, but manually by choosing shutdown > standby.
