Hello,
I want to get my wii working with my lcd monitor, but the only inputs not being used are vga and an hdmi port. I've been trying to find a hdmi cable for wii but it look's as if they don't exist. Am I out of options or is there some kind of converter i can get that wont degrade the image quality much?

Well, the Wii does not support HDMI at all, but you may be able to find some sort of VGA cable/adapter that'll allow you to hook your Wii up to your display. Don't forget though, the Wii only supports 480p, and if your monitor isn't 16:9 your monitor will most likely stretch the image vertically more than it does horizontally.
