Hello;

I'm running windows xp pro with the latest updates. one thing that has been
happening lately is that certain windows keep disappearing behind other open
windows when they should be in front. I run a dual monitor system; often I
have 10 or more windows open; mostly of IE6 and Dreamweaver. I notice it
most in Dreamweaver; after I have synchronized a site, usually the synch
dialog box comes up front with a list of files; now it is hidden behind all
other windows. i have to minimize all then only maximize Dreamweaver, and I
get the file list to appear.

oddly enough, sometimes mouse clicks will not open links in google (IE6), I
have to right-click and choose "open in new window".

any help of these issues would be appreciated.

thank you.

I use dual monitors and have also seen odd behaviour, unfortunately
many programs are not really dual monitor aware because use of dual
monitors is not widespread. It seems to be a particular problem when
windows are on the secondary monitor. In one app when I open 'help' on
the secondary monitor a completely blank dialog appears asking me to
make a choice.

It may be worth looking at Dreamweaver's web site to see if there is a
FAQ or you may be able to pose the question to them through their web
site.
