hi,
I've got NFS:U and I'm running it on a radeon 4870, the draw distance issue is pretty annoying to me; is there a fix or a hack to make the draw distance farther away? The popping buildings are annoying and even more are the shadows that suddenly appear.
It doesn't really affect gameplay but it's annoying to see things come on and off the screen at the corner of the eye.

I have the same problems with my 8800GTS, its just a result of a hastily ported and poorly implemented game. To date there are no fixes for it and I don't think EA has plans for any either seeing as the NFS franchise has been disbanded.
