Hi-

I've started getting 2 vertical lines down the right side of the screen
(both on the preview and actual scan). On the right border of the scan there
is a blue stripe and immediately to the left of that is a cyan stripe. In
total, they take up about a fifth of the screen. They used to take up half
of the screen, but I noticed the metal clip that held a mirror in place was
broken, so I hot-glued the mirror back in place. The color balance of the
rest of the scan is off, also, being shifted towards the blue. I uninstalled
and re-installed the drivers, and cleaned both sides of the glass, as
recommended by HP support. Is there any hope for this scanner?

Thanks,
heymikey
