I went out for a ten minute jog and came back in the house and my screen had the blue screen of death on it.Is there any rhyme or reason this happens??Also, how can I avoid this?? I didnt have any problems last year on Windows Vista ultimate. Two years ago, while using XP I had re-occuring problems with this.I hope there is a solution.Thank you for your time.

Not enough info.

How many times has it happened and have you changed any hardware?

Check your video temps (idle and load), and update your video driver. 258.96 should be the latest.
