DSL doesn't dial anything, so it doesn't need any sort of a dialer. The only
thing that needs to dial out is a modem.
Since part of what you pay your ISP for is support, I suggest calling them
and asking them to help you set up your system. If they aren't willing to do
that, it's a good indication of the type of service you can expect to get on
a continuing basis.
