I had to reinstall my COD4 Modern Warfare and I already beat the game as well had all of the cheats unlocked. I now reinstalled the game and had to start all over without any cheats. Is there a way to use my old save game files since I have saved them? I tried just doing a simple copy and paste and they went in, but no change in the game.

I may be wrong here but,usually you have to save your user files when uninstalling ,otherwise the reinstall will not see/use them,a cut and paste does not work,and you must uninstall before reinstalling..:)
