Hello every one. I have a 24 inch monitor and when i start gta 4 the screen is completely off centre. Its shifted to the bottom right by a couple of inches. Changing the aspect ratios doesnt do anything and it wont let me change to 1920 resolution. Does anyone know what i can do to fix it?

ATI or NVIDIA go to control panel there should be options to move the screen left right up down that sort of thing.
