Whats a Good motherboard

Hey...I was going to build a new computer but I have no idea which motherboard is good.I am looking for one with the following requirementsDR333MHZ,P4compatable,2-4GB/RAM
and a good bios for overclocking. Please let me know which motherboard is the best match.

well the it's gotta be a board sunning dual DDR and SIS655 chipset... Personally I'm using Granite Bay and I love it but the SIS655 is a bit less expensive.... look into the Asus and Gigabyte offerings and you will find the board for you. Toms has an article on those boards and so does anandtech so you should check those out first and them come back if you have any more questions.
