Could it be this one?

Security Update for Windows XP (KB890175)
A security issue has been identified that could allow an attacker to
compromise your Windows-based system and gain control over it. You can help
protect your computer by installing this update from Microsoft. After you
install this item, you may have to restart your computer.
How to Uninstall

Thanks! I found it and removed it, but I am still having problems. My system
is still having little freezes like littl hiccups. I've run my nortions
windows doctor, scan disk, clean sweep, virus scan, spybot, and anyother
diagnostic program I could think of, and none are showing a problem. Any
ideas on the next action I should take?
