Need a mouse

I know this should be in the peripheral section, but since it's for gaming I figured it would work. I am considering a new gaming mouse. I would like to pay up to $50, and seem to be deciding between the Logitech G5 and the Microsoft Sidewinder. Which one would be better? Any other better gaming mice in this price range? by the way, I will be playing fps games mostly.

I think the g5 is better rated

Logitech does have some higher end mice too

They do have higher end mice, but they are out of my budget range. To be honest, any mouse over $50 is overkill for my needs.

G5 Logitech if you have small to medium size hands. Make sure you don't get the old version with only 1 thumb button.

If you have larger hands it might be more comfortable to use http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16826249019] Ikari mouse. It feels a bit different but if you think the current crop of mice feel small or narrow this might be a good option for you and it is a great gaming mouse along with the G5.
