I think this is not a bad option although I would seriously take a look at the MSI offering... As you can see from this forum there are tons o'issues with this mobo.
To err is human... to really screw things up you need a computer!
I've also seen lots of posts about this mobo. Keep in mind that it is a really big seller which could explain all those posts. Asus has a really good rep with regards to mobos.
I run a Gigabyte 7VRXP Rev 2.0 and when I bought it forums were filled with posts about this board. The rev 1.0 boards had a major flaw in them that conflited with GF4 video cards. Gigabyte eventually solved the problem with the rev 2.0 boards. They also repaired the rev 1's but it was up to the user to identify the problem and return the board for repairs.

Agreed... granted most of the problems on forums regarding the Asus board is are mostly minor stup issues. It depends what kind of features your looking for.

I was thinking about MSI K7N2G-ISLR instead of the ASUS, but no mater which board I choose there seems to be alot of feedback both ways.
I think I am going with the MSI mobo and the MSI video.
What the hell, if you really want to know what the weather is like, you go to the window.
