Give me a help to buy a motherboard

Hi everyone.
I want to buy a motherboard for Pentium 4.
Actualy i have a Pcchips 922L w/ P4 1.5 and 512 DDR, but the pcchips is having problem with the memory above 256 DDR, so i want to buy a new motherboard ( a realy good one ) and trough this pcchips of hell out.
