You don't need to disable onboard audio to use your Audigy2. But if you want to disable it, here's the way (guessing MSI nForce/nForce boards have similar bios, I can disable my MSI K7N420 Pro onchip audio this way)
* Enter BIOS setup * Go to Integrated Peripherals * Go to MCP Onchip PCI Devices, here should be a option to disable onboard audio
