FS: AMD Phenom II x4 955-C2 CPU, and stock heatsink/fan $100

I've just upgraded to the 1090t and due to this I no longer have any use for my 955. The CPU was purchased brand new from Newegg back in May and has been at a clock of 3.41Ghz with 1.248v. With the Zalman CNPS-9900 heatsink I would idle around 27c-31c and max out in Prime95 at most 43c. I recently changed to the Corsair H50 and with the same settings would idle at 24c-27c and full load no more than 39c. The heatsink is brand new but does not have any thermal paste on it, the reason for this is because I initially tried to use the stock heatsink and it was to loud for me so I put it aside and opted for the Zalman. I'm looking for $100 shipped for both the CPU and heatsink in the original box. Please let me know if you have any questions.

It was overclocked for about 3 months, but I put it back down to the 3.2Ghz since the extra 200Mhz wasn't really any boost at all. For the majority of the time it was at the stock 3.2Ghz and 1.235v.
