Hi, hope someone can answer this query.

I have a Pavilion a118.uk wich came with a 80Gb maxtor HDD. This is
partitioned into C: and D:, with D: being the HP recovery partition, size
3.53Gb and FAT32. C: is 70.9Gb NTFS.

I've now installed a maxtor 120Gb as a second HDD. It appears to come
pre-partitioned into 3.53Gb and 70.9Gb (both NTFS) and the rest unallocated.

Is it a coincidence it has a 3.64Gb partition? (Though not FAT32.) Can I get
rid of that partition as it's quite small, or is it important for something?

Thanks for any advice

Tim

Sorry, last para should read "Is it a coincidence it has a 3.53Gb
partition?"
