MSI has claimed fame with a simple stroke of obvious genius. Why not combine all of the Nforce2 features into 1 mobo? The only question is whether or not this board can hold its own with the big boys w/o the IGP... Anyone have one or know benchmarks that compare them?

Here's THG review of MSI nForce2 boards

It's a great mobo. It's the fastest Athlon mobo. Don't say that it's completely achieved by less than 1% more clock speed and FSB. In some case, the difference from ASUS A7N8X Deluxe is more than 7%. It's really a very fast mobo, full with features, costs less than ASUS A7N8X Deluxe though it has IGP, overclocks pretty well. Plus it has active northbridge cooling. So if anybody don't use IGP and want to overclock, it might be handy. It's the best nForce2 board, no doubt.

All guys who want to buy a full featured nForce2 mobo (including people who have lost faith in ASUS A7N8X Deluxe) should buy this mobo.

The one thing that I'm worried about is that the space around the CPU is jam-packed, so it could be a challenge to fit a big heatsink/fan.

I also read about the space being less and specially a matter of interest will be the fact that there no holes for big heatsinks and HSF'S so this is the only point i could find with this board otherwise this board is the best even the integrated IGP is superb.
not radeon quality but better than a lot of options and there is an AGP 8.0 and 4.0 compatible slot if any of the users want it.
