Morrowind - quest reset code needed

PC GotY version, if it matters. I need to, er, regress a quest to before it was given so I can start from scratch.

I'd exlopred Hla Oad, and talked to Relam Arinith about escorting Rabinna, and chose not to. This set the NPC to refuse giving a second chance at the quest.

I've looked at some of the console coding formats (player->add item, the 'move to' coding (-3,-15, etc)), but I can't seem to find the format to reset the quest to it's start - which should have a value of '10', I believe.

Can someone help me out? Opening the console and clicking on Relam, I've tried typing in:

MV_SlaveMule 10

MV_SlaveMule, 10

Journal MV_SlaveMule 10

Journal, MV_SlaveMule, 10

So far the attempts to reset the quest has turned the console command entries blue each time, which I understand means a successful attempt -- excepting that the quest has not reset for me. I've even closed out and restarted the game.

What am I missing?
