Which motherboard do you guys think is better. I do plan to over clock so the nf7's overclocking oreinted features do seem to be a plus for me. Will be running it with a 2500+.

MSI K7N2G-ILSR is the best full featured nForce2 mobo now. But you can't lock PCI/AGP bus when you overclock set the FSB to more than 200 MHz with this mobo

I just got a NF7-S, and it works fine so far, but I dont do OC

according to the user menu from Abit and also other posts before
the NF7-S allows you to connect the P4 power core onto the MOBO
Which means...you should get more stable current if you OC hard

Ture or Faulse, please find out yourself

I'm running XP2100+ oc to 2355MHz (168*14) at 1.675V. I can go higher, but I need better RAM than mine right now (Samsung PC2700 clk2.5). BTW, my NF7-S is rev 1.0.

 Good or Bad have no meaning at all, depends on what your point of view is.

Epox 8rda+, i'm doing 2400mhz on a 1700+ axp Tbred B, with a 166 bus, and 1.85 volts on air cooling

Instead of Rdram, why not just merge 4 Sdram channels...

Anyone with Asus overclocking experience.
Plz i thank you for expressing your opinions but I have compared many motherboards and these are the two that I am torn between, only post info about these 2.
