i can no longer play any card games in the zone...i have
done everything they say and it still won't load...need
help

Insufficient info for a proper response. Have you recently installed something
like SP2, upgraded something, or update? If not, use your Restore.
Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore
You can go back up to 90 days by selecting a highlighted Restore Point.
