Printer was working fine until yesterday; able to print documents. Today,
when trying to do any actions associated with re-installing, uninstalling,
adding (from control panel), adding new hardware, downloading/installing
printer driver, etc, am unable to do anything. Short of a restore/recover,
any suggestions?
