server extensions in Front Page

Hi there.
I have a stand alone PC and set up my software in the administrator account.
And then for security on the net I set up a limited account for everyday use
(shopping, online finances, etc), as well as a non-passworded guest account
for house visitors.
I have a particular problem with MS Front Page 2002. I cannot save changes
in the limited account [I get - server error: cannot access server
extensions...]
Any ideas?
