Hello I have Toshiba laptop.
Specs (General): 2.1 ghz Dual Core AMD Turion Processor, 4 GB Memory, ATi 3100 GPU.
Everything else, isn't really a factor.

I want to know, how to use a the dual core settings when playing the game. I feel this might make the game run a little better, I really don't know.

Dual core setups are (usually) handled automatically by the OS.
